Please read the following carefully. Then read the instructions below.

If you feel you have been retaliated against, you may file a charge with the Commission.  The state laws enforced by the Commission do not apply to any/all forms of retaliation. If you feel you have been retaliated against because you have engaged in any of the following activities, your claim may be jurisdictional with the Commission:

  1. You made or filed a charge of discrimination;
     
  2. You testified or assisted in any manner in any investigation, hearing, or proceeding related to employment, housing, public accommodations, credit or delivery of services discrimination;
     
  3. You otherwise attempted to address or oppose unlawful discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, credit or delivery of services (either on behalf of yourself or another).
