FROM POINTS NORTH:
Take Route 95 South to exit number 22(A-B-C) towards DOWNTOWN/HARTFORD CT. Keep
LEFT at fork in the ramp. Bear LEFT at the fork in the ramp (to Exit A). At the
first light, turn RIGHT onto FRANCIS Street. Take a SLIGHT LEFT onto DORRANCE
Street. Continue on DORRANCE Street past the Biltmore Hotel and City Hall. At
the 4th light turn RIGHT onto WESTMINSTER Street. The Commission is located in
the first building on your LEFT on the 3rd floor.
FROM POINTS SOUTH:
Take Route 95 North to exit number 22(A-B-C) towards DOWNTOWN/HARTFORD CT. Bear
RIGHT at the fork in the ramp (to Exit A). At the first light, turn RIGHT onto
FRANCIS Street. Follow remaining directions above.
FROM POINTS EAST
Take 195 West to the end of 195 and take 95 North, then follow directions from
95 North.
